This Privacy Policy describes how NukeZone ("we," "our," or "the Game") collects, uses, and protects your information when you play NukeZone.

Information You Provide

• Account Information: Email address, password (encrypted)
• Profile Information: Avatar, player name
• Sign in with Apple: Apple ID, account email

Public vs. Personal Information

Player names, clan names, and clan tags are public game identifiers visible to all players. Do not include personal information in these fields, as they are not treated as personal data and may remain visible even after account deletion for game integrity purposes.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, IP address (for fraud prevention)
• Game Data: Game progress, achievements, in-game actions, battle results
• Usage Analytics: App usage patterns, feature interactions, session duration (for fraud prevention and game improvements)
• Push Notification Tokens: For sending game notifications (if enabled)

Referral Attribution

During sign-up, we process limited device and network signals to attribute referrals. These signals are not stored unless a referral link was opened, and are retained only until attribution is completed or for up to 7 days.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the Game
• Create and manage your account
• Process in-app purchases
• Send push notifications about game events
• Improve game balance and features
• Provide customer support
• Detect and prevent cheating or fraud

• Account data is retained while your account is active
• We may retain certain information as required by law
• Game statistics may be retained in anonymized form for leaderboard and game integrity
• Referral attribution signals are retained only until attribution is completed or for up to 7 days

Account Deletion Process

You can delete your account at any time through the Settings menu in the app. When you initiate account deletion:

1. To protect your account from unauthorized deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period
2. During this period, you can cancel the deletion by simply signing in to your account
3. If you do not sign in within 30 days, your account is permanently deleted
4. Upon deletion, all personal data (email, password, IP address, avatar) is immediately and permanently removed

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal information
• Correction: Update inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data

We only process data that is necessary to operate your account and provide game functionality. If you wish to stop all processing of your data, you may delete your account at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

The Game is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be stored and processed in different geographic regions through our cloud service provider, which maintains appropriate security standards.

The Game may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these services. Key third-party services include:

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the Game or via email. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
